2. Booking and Payment

All bookings for slots at our Facility must be made in advance through our official website or other authorized channels. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot. Prices for slots are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email or message from us.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, such as booking history, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct

All users of the Facility must adhere to the following rules:

• Appropriate non-marking sports footwear is mandatory. Metal spikes or studs are strictly prohibited on the turf.
• Players must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
• Users are responsible for any damage caused to the turf, netting, lights, or any other facility property. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the person or group responsible for the booking.
• Smoking, chewing tobacco, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the premises.
• Please dispose of all waste in the designated bins and help us keep the facility clean.

5. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Participation in cricket and other sports involves inherent risks of injury. By booking and playing at our Facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks. JB Cricket Turf is not liable for any personal injury, death, or loss/damage to personal property sustained by players or visitors. We recommend all players use appropriate protective gear while playing. First aid is available on-site for minor injuries.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed on our "Refund Policy" page. Please review it carefully before making a booking. In general, cancellations made within a specified time frame before the scheduled slot may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to the terms outlined in the policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JB Cricket Turf and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JB Cricket Turf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of our services and facility.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh.
