At JB Cricket Turf, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our players. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business, which relies on scheduled bookings.
The eligibility for a refund is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the scheduled start time of the booking.
To cancel your booking, you must contact us directly via phone or email, as listed on our Contact page. Please provide your Booking ID and the name used for the booking to help us process your request quickly. Cancellations made through any other method will not be considered valid.
In the rare and unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency maintenance, power failure), you will be notified immediately. We will offer you the choice of either rescheduling your booking to another convenient time or receiving a 100% full refund.
All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original mode of payment used for the booking. Please note that any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway provider may be deducted from the final refund amount.
